Losses from derivatives in fiscal years 2021 and 2022 resulted from embedded derivatives.
Miscellaneous other operating expenses in fiscal 2022 mainly included the impairment of goodwill in the amount of €33 million (previous year: €0 million) and insurance expenses of €28 million (previous year: €43 million).
